Swimming

Swimming is a fun way to get more exercise. The benefits of swimming are, you get whole body workouts, helps you burn off calories, gives you strong muscles, and great posture. I never knew you can get great posture from swimming. Also, it works your cardiovascular system, so it could make good use of your intake of oxygen. Its a great exercise for people who have back pain, and arthritis. That makes it good exercise for the mind, body, and soul.
