I know there are lot of reasons why some of us don't exercise, but it is about as many reasons why we should and about the same amount of reasons why we don't, so I think it evens itself out. Why should we exercise? To stay healthy, to have long life, and certainly to have less health problems, especially with healthcare the way it is these days. I found that there are an estimated 250,000 deaths each year, because of lack of activity. Wow! I mean that is a lot of deaths, simply because of lack of activity.
If you can take time out of your busy schedule, just for yourself, I think you will enjoy some sort of activity for thirty minutes, two to three times a week. You will see in the end, it will be worth it. Our bodies are made to move, walk, run. So get going! I love your blog. I do exercise and eat healthy the majority of the time. But it sure is nice to read little motivation tid bits, like your blog here to keep us all motivated. I will definately be back often to get a boost to keep going. I usually don't have a problem with working out, but is sure is nice at times to find ways to keep going on our fitness journey. Keep up the good work!
