When I say the right kinds of food, I mean like fruits and vegetables, grains and milk products to keep your bones strong. Its very important to drink water, it gets rid of all the toxins in your body. The other thing is to exercise, three to four times a week. Twenty to thirty minutes a day, is all you need to stay healthy. You will reap all the benefits from exercising. The benefits are: your blood pressure will be lower, low stress, tones your muscles, and you will absolutely look great!
